Riyadh-Mubasher: Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (TADCO) said the board elected Mohammed Abdullah Al-Rajhi as chairman and Faisal bin Saud Al-Moammar as vice chairman for the next three-year term starting from 1 July 2015.
In addition, the board elected the members of the nomination and remuneration committees, as well as those of the executive and audit committees.
